Warranty and Returns
Return Policy
For your protection against bed bug infestation and other form of sanitation, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In cases of defective product, please contact us immediately for warranty claims.
- Consumer is responsible for shipping and handling.
- Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty.
- The use of bleach or bleach products will void the warranty.
- Products with manufacture defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Purchaser is responsible for ordering correct product sizes and acknowledges properly measuring the mattress and box spring. (Measuring Instructions)
- The consumer's product must be registered for the warranty to be valid (To register your product online, go to www.MattressSafe.com/warranty)
- Proof of purchase is required and no protector will be acknowledged for replacement from any consumer who has not purchased from Mattress Safe, Inc. or its verified dealers.
- No Returns - No Exchanges.*
